How about a non-profit org/or government org set up to advise graduating students how to handle money.

The org would advise on basics like homeownership, paying bills, cutting costs on utilities, not getting into credit card debt or other debt, not buying a new car every year etc. Seems like if we could educate an entire generation at once some our our current problems might be avoided in the future.

It seems like they have govt' agencies that address the problem when it's too late and students have racked up a fortune on credit cards and other loans.
