If you have to use disposable diapers, cut down on the number of wipes you use by scraping your baby's bottom with the diaper first. No really.

This works. Put your fingers flat against the diaper about an inch from the top of the front and squeegee the poop from you baby's bottom. You can get most of the yuck off before using a towel or wipe to get the rest. I know it sounds gross but hey, you've got to clean her butt anyway.
