When I was a kid not very long ago fast food restaurants gave paper straws with drinks. Now they are all plastic and never get recycled. Bring paper back!

I totally agree. All those plastic straws just end up in a landfill. What was wrong with paper?

If you leave a paper straw in a soda for longer than an hour it goes soggy.

It sounds silly but you have a point. Start a campaign. I'll definitely tell my friends and ask for a paper straw from now on.
