Tuesday is hands down the slowest night in the food business.  Pre-arrange with a local restaurant to donate 10% of your total bill to your favorite local charity.

--Invite your friends.  Have everyone vote on what charity to donate to.

--Do it monthly.

--Give everyone a good reason to go out and socialize, rather than sit on the couch night after night.
