So many people are so rushed getting to the gym or their workout location, they end up getting injured because they did not have a proper warm up.

Walking is an excellent warm up.  It gives your heart time to get the extra blood to your arms and legs for when you REALLY work hard.  Ever notice endurance runners taking a jog around the start line just before a race?  This is for a very good reason, it literally loosens up your muscles and gets your heart to slowly increase its BPM.  Those racers are getting their body ready for the long haul.

Maybe skip the gym all together, just go outside and workout in the sun/rain/wind/snow.  That'll get you in shape.

I've always thought it was strange to drive to my workouts, to sit in an air-conditioned box building to sweat.  Just go outside and sweat!

Not so practical if you live in a place with seasons. It's still winter in most states.... Oh yeah and I'm too lazy!
