When using this site, Moobag.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and restrictions.

Terms

1. Do no harm!
2. You may not deface, damage, or misrepresent Moobag.com in any way.
3. You may not represent another website or advertising as having any association with any Moobag owned website.
4. You may not attempting to enter restricted areas of this site, gain access to Moobag controlled data, use this site for any illegal purpose, behave in any unauthorized manner, or control this site in any way.
5. You may not intentionally or unintentionally threaten, harass, defame, or intentionally hurt any other user on the Moobag site.
6. You need to be at least 13 years of age to use this site without a parent or guardian present.
7. You may not use Moobag.com for anything other than legal purposes.
8. You may not upload or post any images, text, or links considered pornographic. Adult material is strictly prohibited.
9. When quoting previously published content for the purpose of reference, you must quote the content appropriately with the name of the author and, preferably, a link back to the original source.
10. You may not post any copyrighted material including but not limited to images, text, and video that you do not have legal rights to.
11. Contacting Moobag members with unwanted messages or sending email through Moobag.com to individuals who have expressly communicated to you that such contact is unwanted is considered spamming. Spamming is illegal.
12. Violating any part of this usage agreement will result in immediate termination of your Moobag.com account. Illegal behavior may result in prosecution.

Rights

1. Moobag reserves the right to judge any behavior or material as inappropriate and take all necessary steps to rectify the situation.
2. We reserve the right to alter or remove any content on Moobag.com regardless of original source without notification.
3. We reserve the right to alter the Moobag site, its content, service, or availability at any time without notification.
4. Ideas posted to Moobag.com are considered part of the public domain when marked "public" or treated as such at any time and for any amount of time. We reserve the right to use, re-use, quote, further develop, act on, or refer to any written content posted to publicly available areas of or communication made to Moobag that is itself not controlled by pre-existing copyright. Visitors to Moobag.com can act on, develop, and be inspired by any ideas posted to public areas of Moobag.com. That's the point!
5. Ideas marked "private" or treated as such are not considered part of the public domain.
6. You have the right to request the termination of your account and removal of personal information.
7. On termination of an account, ideas and other content, with the exception of personal data, will remain part of the Moobag site at the sole discretion of Moobag and treated identically to content belonging to active accounts.
8. We reserve all rights of ownership to the name Moobag and Moobag.com, the Moobag.com logo, splat design and use, site design, site look and feel, and any content considered part of the Moobag.com site with the exception of content considered “ideas”.
9. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
